No Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Las Vegas Cosmetic Recovery. We strive to provide excellent services and accommodation to all our patients. As part of our commitment to transparency and effective communication, we have implemented the following no refund policy. Please read it carefully before booking your appointment.
1. Reservation Confirmation: Once you make a booking with Las Vegas Cosmetic Recovery, it is considered a confirmed booking. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this no refund policy.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings: All bookings made are non-refundable. This means that once the booking is made and the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, cancellations, etc.
3. Modification Policy: In case you need to modify your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, any modifications made to the booking, such as changes in dates may be subject to additional charges. These charges will be communicated to you at the time of the modification.
4. Force Majeure: Las Vegas Cosmetic Recovery shall not be held responsible for any failure to provide accommodation or any other services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, or any other event that disrupts normal operations. In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
5. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show(failure to show up to your appointment on the reserved date without prior 48 hour notice), deposit will be charged, and no refunds will be given.
6. Discretionary Refunds: While our policy states that no refunds will be issued, reserves the right to make exceptions or provide discretionary refunds in exceptional cases, solely at our discretion.
7. Time Frame of Packages: All packages expire one year from date of purchase. Any massages not used during this time frame will be forfeited.
8. Time For Massages: The time of your massage starts the moment you walk into the room if you are late the time you are late is subtracted from your massage time.
